SPD at 18 weeks

I had SPD starting after 8 months with my first pregnancy that was quite painful by my due date. I'm starting to feel a soreness in my pelvis again the last couple days and feels a lot like early SPD. Anyone get it so soon, and if so how bad was it by the end?
