Last night was beef stew and roti.

Think I'll aim for spaghetti bolognaise, but it depends if I get to the store in time (need Tinned tomatoes) to get it started before loadshedding (2-4pm).

Planning on spaghetti bolognaise tonight. Nice and easy - We are vegetarian so just quickly brown some pre-chopped onion and then add tinned tomato, quorn mince and a jar of Dolmio - takes about 12 minutes all in!
