loss number 4

A couple of weeks ago we found out we were expecting baby number 3. We were so excited but 3 previous losses had obviously made me anxious. Last night I started with harsh cramping and today spotting which has progressed into heavy red bleeding so I'm pretty certain this is it. I'm gutted, I hate going through this. There isn't a purpose in this post I just wanted somewhere to say out loud that we are losing another baby. It's not the type of thing you announce is it. I'm lucky to have a very supportive partner and a handful of the most amazing friends.

So very sorry hon.

I had 4 early losses back to back last year. Was so so hard.
Had previous losses too.
But going through recurring loss is awful.

Thank you for your kind replies. It definitely gets no easier. I spent a lot of the week recovering and I'm starting to feel much better physically, I'm lucky I've had lots of support.

I'm back to work properly tomorrow and I'm actually looking forward to some normality!

I think we haven't ruled out trying again, but not yet.
