Harmony vs one soft marker for Downs

HI ladies.. I am 33 weeks now and baby has fluid on right kidney - hydronephrosis. This can be a soft marker for Downs but my Harmony came back at low risk - 1 in 10,000

This means the fluid can just be physiological but I am still worried. How reliable are the Harmony tests? Would there be other soft markers?

I had maternit21 which came back low risk and was found to have a thickened nuchal fold which is also a ds marker. My son does not have downs syndrome.
