Damaged Package!!

This is a first for me.
I ordered the Frozen Castle and it came damaged, the package box and the toy box its self.
Called them and they gave me a 10% off , when i re-order it.
Ended up saving a little bit but just hoping that this doesnt happen again.

Oh gosh thats awful!! At least you got a discount!! i suppose thats the good thing about shopping early, if something happens to your package you have the chance to reorder and possibly get discount! xx

Im praying that the next one comes in better condition. Should be getting the new one in a few days. !!

Happy to report that, i just got the new castle in this morning! and its in perfect condition!!!!

Slightly off topic OP, but what do you think of the castle? Does it have a lot of small pieces for younger kids? I'm a sucker for Frozen but it all seems to be made for older kids?
