Prednisone/steroids?

Anyone take steroids or prednisone while BF? I had a severe allergic reaction to who knows what, ended up in ER and they started me on steroids. The does is safe for LO but I this afternoon I was so full and had to pump, not normal. When I pumped, after LO ate, I still got 8 ounces. I usually only get 4-6 so I am thinking it jumped up my supply! Not complaining as I need to get some milk in the freezer but just wondered what others experiences were.

Hmm, interesting...I've been on prednisolone inhalers for chronic asthma for about 5 years. I leaked colostrum from about 6 months pregnant and I've got a serious oversupply, so maybe you're on to something!!!

I had steroids when my LO was about 3 weeks old (I had pneumonia)... and I suffered from over supply till she was around 6 months...
I think you might be on to something
