Has anyone got a good cupcake recipe?

i want to bake some cupcakes but whenever I try they ALWAYS go wrong
I've tried recipes from the internet but nope, I must be doing something wrong!!

So have anyone of you got a good recipe I can follow please

I swear by the hummingbird vanilla/chocolate recipes. I just stick it into google. I'm a complete novice but I've made about 10 batches in the past and they've always come out super light and fluffy.

110g butter
110g castor sugar
2 eggs
1 tsb vanilla
110g self-raising flour
1-2 tbsp milk

Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add the eggsand vanilla and mix again.
Beat in the flour and add milk so its not too dry. I do this all with electric bbeaters.

Bake at 180 for 12ish minutes.
Makes 12.

I can have these done in 20 minutes.

Remember they are cupcakes not fairy cakes so use appropriate liners.

OP - are you in U.S. Or elsewhere? You might be able to change units on the website. This is my GO TO RECIPE - even though it says "cake" it makes wonderful cupcakes. Made it countless times - even added chocolate and other flavors - I'm a terrible cook but can't manage to mess these up. My friend even requested I make them for her birthday this year, I added peanut butter and chocolate frosting with gold sprinkles - huge hit! Hope it works for you to copy and paste:
