A Pregnancy question as a 25 year old woman

Hello, I am new to the life about pregnancy I just wanted to know how would nipples look like in the early stages of pregnancy? I’ve been getting sharp pain in my breast’s where they’ve been growing. I’ve notice also my areolas look a bit swollen with a little bit of bumps on my nipples but I don’t know if that’s the cause of pms or pregnancy. I’ve been having trouble with getting pregnant due to PCOS but I do hope to have a child.

Ummm I'm not really sure, bumps on nipples are pretty normal outside of pregnancy. The only thing you can do is test, good luck though!

The bumps do get more prominent during pregnancy!
