Hydronephrosis - Bilateral

Has anyones LOs got this. I figured this was a great place to ask.
My little girl has developed it. They believe it is PUJ (so blacked at the kidneys not lower). I get to have my labor the way I want it, but with in a day of being born my little princess will be in surgery. Was just hoping to hear some good stories?
