Hcg levels question

Hi ladies hoping someone might have a little bit of knowledge when it comes to hcg levels ,
I am 7 weeks pregnant today.
I got my bloods taken yesterday and the results came back today and they are 134519.0 iu/l ,
I think I may be having twins just because I am showing quite early I know its bloat but it's very big at only 7 weeks. There's also twins in my family, and I tested positive on a test 9 days after conception. Has anyone had levels like this at 7 weeks ? Is it normal or high ? Sorry I'm clueless with these things.

Your level falls within the average range at 7 weeks which is huge (4000-160,000) its really impossible to estimate probability of multiples based on your hcg.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Well the HCG levels may not indicate twins necessarily, it is a good sign that it runs in your family! I hope you get the twins you want!
