Hey, so I've noticed ever since I've started feeding my baby solids she's been getting constipated every now and then and her poop will be really solid and hard for her to pass! I'm wondering what I can and should do to prevent this from happening, am I not giving her enough of something or maybe shes eating too much solids (if that's possible) Her appetite is pretty good with solids she'll eat a whole jar or pouch of food sometimes even 2 jars/pouches and this is in between her formula feedings (180ml) ...Any suggestions? She's 8 months old

Plenty of water or juice just after her food has always helped my older two, how much does she normally drink in the day?

I forgot to say, after her meal, why not give her a fruity dessert? That should help move things a long too

Water might help. Prune juice is often recommended but maybe water it down with her being so young. Anything fruity tends to help.

Pureed prunes always has worked well for my son.
