So for those who followed my previous journey with E you will know I always said my 3rd baby was my last. Unfortunately/not so unfortunately just after he was born my midwife who followed me all through the pregnancy and delivered my daughter 8 years before, said she was almost certain she would see me in a few years. She planted and seed and that seed has never gone.

Ever since then I’m been considering a 4th, main things stopping me were idea either baby and I or baby and E will have to share a room. But now I’ve decided that that definitely isn’t a good enough reason for me not to have a 4th and I want E to have a sibling with a similar age gap to what his two sisters do 3 years (his closest sibling is currently 8 years older)

As much as I really want to try now I know waiting and having the 3 year age gap is definitely what I want deep down it’s just so hard to wait! My journey is a bit different as my son was born though a sperm donor, who thankfully has agreed to do me a sibling journey!!!! Can definitely feel me needing a place to rant, and a place for people to help convince me that no trying earlier than December 2023 definitely isn’t a wise idea!

So definitely need to get on and change my tickers. E is 17 months old!!!! And need to add a WTT one. For those who breastfed what’s the latest your period came back? I thought mine was back as had a period that started Christmas Day but nothing since.

My friend, who is partly the reason I’m sure I want another we discussed this stuff a lot. Has just announced she’s pregnant, when I say announced, she spent 3 days sending me tests abd we both went crazy trying to tell if it was line eye or not! It wasn’t! I’m super happy for her but just a little jealous that her baby will be here before I’m even in a position to try. I ended up trying earlier than originally planned with E and for the most part it worked out but I CAN NOT do that this time as I do not want another august baby, two children with birthdays 3 days apart is enough! Definitely gonna need you ladies to help keep my resolve!
Other post I’m not sure I’m shared is I’m part time at work now, went back a few months early to ensure I got the part time contact which means after next baby I can have the full year and know I get to go back part time without having to ask or apply etc.

Mine came back around 16-17 months each time.

That's understandable you feel like that :hugs:

I hope work is going well :)

Might not have too much longer to wait for my periods then. Doesn’t help that he’s a total milk monster and feeds multiple times night and day and on days I work he just makes up for it when I get home!

work is pretty stressful I’ve got a really difficult class with over half having SEN it’s definitely not an easy year at all! My job share is also leaving at easter she’s finding it too hard with this class etc so I think it’ll get worse before it gets better :(

I'm sorry work is so stressful and your job share is leaving :( I hope they will find a replacement quickly.

It’s like body knew I’d mentioned my period being pretty AWOL started today - really strange cycle length so guessing it will still be all over the place for now !

AF is driving me crazy already it’s been heavier than normal and a little clotty.

I think my sister suspects that I want another but I definitely aren’t confirming her suspicions as I really don’t want any family etc to know until 12+ weeks!

This weekend I’m planning on enjoying sometime with my girls and E, we are hoping to do some baking and also swimming and a trip to the park!

Sorry AF is being so annoying :hugs:

That makes sense that you're not telling your sister yet.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend :)

So finally did it and made some new rockers! Who knew lilipie was closing :(

Yesterday we had a lovely day, girls had drama in the morning so me and Everett did the food shopping. In the afternoon we went to the library and then watched the rugby.

Today we are heading out early to get the eldest new school shoes - the 3rd pair since September ](*,) then we are heading to a park that is right next to where the middle has swimming. Hoping that E will nap when we get home from swimming lesson so I can do a few jobs round the house then we are going to bake - not sure what yet - probably cookies or cake or something

We had a lovely day, we managed to find C some school shoes which were a reasons price and will hopefully last.
We didn’t get much time at the park but still had fun.
E napped after lunch so got some jobs done. Then we all made cookies together. The girls are now posting outside, E is feeding and the Sunday roast is cooking in the air fryer!
Picture of our baking fun.

Also realised I put this post in the normal WTT area not the journals area so it may need moving.

It's sad lilyepie is closing down after so long :(

Im glad you had a lovely time, sounds like fun :)

My day has been sh*t that is all. Not in the frame of mind to go into it but just needed to write it somewhere :(

So M has strep throat and I have a chest infection, after what was a very shitty day at work Wednesday I’m sort of glad I couldn’t go in on Thursday or Friday. Honestly not sure how I’m going to make it though another 5 months with this class. Some of them are lovely but it’s a super tough class.

I still don’t feel very well today but E has a messy play session booked and I want to take him, doctor said I can’t pass what I have on so not putting anyone else at risk by going out. M is on antibiotics and was told she would no longer be classed as contagious from today either, she seems to be better than she was especially in the mornings but she seems to get worse through the day.

1 more week (3 working days) til half term!
