Surprise BFP at 39 after having 2 kids via IVF

DH and I have struggled with infertility since our late 20s. There was no clear reason given for our infertility. We were told, "there's no reason why you shouldn't get pregnant" which I know should sound like a good thing, but it was a punch to the gut since that also meant there's no treatment either. Long story short, we ended having 2 baby boys through 2 successful IVFs. Fast forward 17months since the birth of baby #2, I had just gotten my AF back a few cycles ago after breastfeeding for 13 months. My AFs were still inconsistent, but this month I waited and waited but it just wasn't coming. On CD34, I was supposed to go out for some drinks with friends so I decided to pee on a stick (which I had bought last month because my period was a few days late then too). I fully expected to see a stark white HPT like last month, but nope. It was a blazing positive. I was floored.. how could this happen? why now? after all this time?? We were so busy and tired last month, I'm pretty sure we only BD-ed once. Don't get me wrong. I was happy and still am but it's a complicated happy. We planned our life around having 2 kids. We just got rid of everything baby related - bassinet, mama roo, bouncers, play saucers, all baby clothes smaller than 12 mo were all given away.

Anyhow, all that to say that I am here.. just over 5 weeks pregnant. Waiting for my first scan to find out if this baby is actually happening.

I had an internal dating scan today! Baby is measuring right on track with a HR of 166. Next appt is on 5/5!

Baby is still doing great but it was flipped on its head and they couldn't get the NT measurement. I go back for another scan on Tuesday.. hopefully the baby cooperates next time!

Nope. Baby just doesn't want to be seen. All we could see is the baby with its back towards us. I did do a NIPT test so I should find out if everything is all right in about 10 days or so.
