I'm new to the forum and me and my OH are currently TTC #3. We have been trying for over a year now with no luck but we've been trying not to stress about it etc. Because it will just make it more difficult and have a rather 'go with the flow let's see what happens' attitude with our fingers crossed.
We knew this was going to be difficult because since #2 who is now 10, I have had no end of gynae problems. I'm currently on a wait list for the gynaecologist with suspected endometriosis and have been given interim treatment for it. With us TTC I couldn't be put on hormones to help the symptoms - just a hell of alot of painkillers and tranexamic acid to try and stop it being so horrifically heavy and long (minimum of 3 weeks a month). It also makes trying to predict ovulation impossible as my cycle can be as short as 11 days or as long as 35 (usually the shorter as I stop for a day or 2 and start again).
I've done ovulation tests most days for the last 2 years and never had a positive result. I've done a test this afternoon as I had really achey boobs and it's the darkest line I've ever had...But I still think it's negative, so was looking for some second opinions.
