Thought I would float in and say hi !

We are expecting baby number 5 end of June 2022 so still very newly pregnant! Have been having period like cramping for the last few days, positive tests and 2 positive digis a few days back and this morning! Hoping it all goes well and the little bean sticks! Although I cant remember ever having this much cramping when I was pregnant before and AF still may not be due till tomorrow. Still tests are gradually darkening so I'm taking it as a good sign!


Anyone else newly expecting and due around teh same time?
 
Hey I am cautiously joining, positive test at my go this morning and edd is 25th June.

That's great news @Mummy23beauts !! Spoke with my Gp this morning and they was happy that it was confirmed at home ( with the 9 positives and 3 digis I did :p) but we dont get to see the doctor here , we just get given our pack and then self refer onto the midwife team! From what Ive looked up though , my estimated due date is the 28th June! x

I had a mc last month that’s why I needed it confirming with them.. more for my peace of mind. But at what point do you contact mw? If memory serves me right it was 8weeks(?)..
 
Oh I’m not sure. I’ve had to refer myself straight to them . Where abouts are you based ?? I think from my last pregnancy I saw the dr , then the midwife at around 10 weeks , then first scan at 12 weeks ? X
 
I’m in Nottinghamshire, previously I booked midwife at 8weeks.. I’ll call up in the morning and see what they say.. I’m so nervous.. how do you feel? Have you told hubby?
 
I took 3 digi tests in the end so just gave them to him ! lol. His dying to tell everyone but were trying to hold off.

I have had problems with my periods over the last 3 months so am booked in for a transvaginal scan next friday to check my ovaries etc. Wondering if I need to tell them before going in for it or if they might be able to at least see the gestational sack there?!

Usually the sac is seen at around 7weeks, I’d let them know beforehand because I went in for some tests in my last pregnancy and they usually try not to invade unless necessary.
 
i think my edd is june 23rd, i would love to meet some new pregnant friends on here, be nice to talk to people as wont be telling anyone until 12 weeks. xx

I've just got my bfp too, still early days and edd of 2nd July. I'm 41 and a bit nervous due to my history but so very hopeful this is finally our rainbow.

Those were chemical pregnancies, got the positive tests but started bleeding very early on. I was actually just looking back at photos from 11/12dpo on those cycles and there is a huge difference, my test this morning is so much darker so that's helping me feel a bit more positive....although i am on pant watch! LOL, in& out the loo checking there's no bleeding! I need to RELAX :rofl:
 
@JenCam31 also just noticed our kids are the same ages! (aaand my name is Jen and my son is Cameron! spooky!!) LOL xx

@BabyBrain80 Im so sorry for your loss. :hugs:

Lets hope this little cluster is a cluster of sticky beans! Anyone having any symptoms yet? My boobs are sore occasionally and I feel a tad nausea at times but nothing major. They dont normally kick in for me till around 6 weeks though x
