I’ve been getting positives for around 4 days now - even had a pregnant on a clear blue digi . Grabbed some more tests from the shop this morning as I’m not out of ‘ af woods ‘ untill day 29 which for me is Tuesday . But it’s definitely lighter than it was yesterday . I had had a couple of cups of coffee a couple of hours before this and peed about 45 minutes before . My urine was quite light , which is what I used to convince myself it will be alright.
We had a chemical last month but it consisted of a mixture of positive then negative tests - never ones that darkened over a few days then went light again . Does this look like a possible chemical? I’ve had awful af cramps all day

Top test was yesterday -

bottom two are today both from same urine sample

I kind of feel like they look about the same - but the top has had to dry (& they tend to look slightly darker once dry).
If there's only 24 hours between these tests, I def wouldn't count yourself out yet!! They say it can take 2 days for HCG to double, and when its still early, that can mean initially there isnt a huge difference between tests taken a day apart.
Good luck!!!

I also agree that it looks darker because it has dried, as it looks like it’s darker to one side. That is still looking positive for sure!!! X

Thanks ladies

The middle one ( Asda) is now the darkest so far! Took another digi this morning and got a pregnant again!

funnily enough took another cheapie stick and it’s still not as dark as the Asda one - could This be to do with its sensitivity? I’m comparing the darkness of it with different brands of tests assuming that they will all be the same sensitivity ??

Yeah, I'd def only compare the same brand of tests, as they can vary hugely in sensitivity.

Thanks @KatBar

Have continued testing with the strip tests I have and they have been definitely getting darker. Spoke to the doctor this morning and they have confirmed it and issued my bounty pack. Just need to get into the midwife system now! x

Yay!! Congrats to you - hoping its a happy and healthy 9 months :)

The cheapy ones give really faint lines for me whenever! I've had a clear, dark positive on a normal clear blue and a digi, but on the ICs just a barely there line despite them supposedly being 10miu.
All the best to you xxx
