RANT*Anyone ever used bournemouth baby centre website?

So back in november i purchased a GB Qbit+.... its now all sqeaky! Not expected for what should be a very expensive stroller! Invested a lot into the whole travel system only to be told you need to buy some teflon oil to maintain the wheels! It's not even 5 months old! WTAF?! I have an armadillo flip XT in my kitchen that is 5 years old and pushes like new....
I queried the pushchairs age and got told that it could have been in the warehouse for a long time before it got sold... well yes dear i understand that but my wheels shouldn't be squeaking not when GB is made by Cybex ffs!
