Complete little family... Possible Pregnancy Scare

I don't know if anyone else has ever experienced this? I have two beautiful daughters DD1 who will be 5 in April and DD2 who is 4 nearly 5 months old now.

DD1 - Possibly on the autistic spectrum has actually adapted very well to being a big sister, just struggles with the squeals and crying but knows she can go into her own space and when DD2 is sleeping we make sure to give her lots of time doing activities with us
DD2 - Diagnosed CMPA & SOYA Allergies, currently undergoing preliminary assessments for a Craino issue.

Both very happy smiley girls though me and OH decided after DD2 was born we didn't want anymore and he was going to have a vasectomy, we are both 30 this year and didn't want to add more to our little family.

I initially went on the pill after my 8 week review unfortunately like when i was 19 and had to come off after a week and a half of near constant worsening headaches. It reset my cycle and i had a 5 day AF, i had spotting around the time i would expect to O we BD'd a couple of days before and protection broke (we didn't realise until afterwards) and i had spotting again this week... could this be coming off the pill or should i check sunday when AF is due?

I am absolutely terrified about the possibility of having a 3rd baby which would be due around the time DD2 would turn 1 especially with all of DD2s visits back and forth to the hospital at the moment.

I've probably posted this in the wrong area just wondering if anyone had had this experience or similar in the past?

It could be either but most likely from coming off bcp, I'd think. FX for you. We are done with our 3, my youngest just turned 4 months. We had a scare after some spotting around 7 weeks pp. My husband had his vasectomy on Nov 30th and it hadn't been too many ahem releases after his procedure. I also wasn't expecting to ovulate so soon since I am ebf. It ended up just being weird pp hormones causing the spotting as it happened 2 more times about 3 weeks later. I tested just to be sure.

Thank you, pleased i am not the only one to of had these scares, i am going to test Sunday/ Monday depending on if any signs of AF decide to show up or not. PP hormones are just so bizarre i know with DD one i had my first PP AF then nothing for about 3/4 months, i hadn't done anything so i knew i hadn't caught again, hoping its just hormones playing up, i mean either way if baby#3 is on their way into the world it would be loved just a very very big surprise, i am sure we would juggle things financially to manage.

Update for anyone who is watching AF hasn’t yet arrived.
I checked when I tested positive with DD2 and it wasn’t until after AF was due so I’ll grab a test this weekend.
I suppose the bonus to if DD3 has decided to squeeze in before OH goes for the snip at least we have plenty of baby bits still
Either way we will make this work, we weren’t planning for another one but we will love him or her like the other two

We are that kind of house I’ll keep everyone posted on results xxx

I did a test this morning and it was negative so I am thinking that going on bc and coming off it because of a bad reaction has had a major effect on my cycle. If AF hasn’t arrived by next weekend I’ll do another test to be safe

AF Arrived has lasted 2x longer than usual but no heavier than usual

Bad reaction to BC caused my body to have a bit of a blip, we were thinking it would be about right :')

DD1 i made OH wait 8 months we DTD 3 times and ended up pregnant

DD2 I had 3 months of weird and wonderful periods ranging from 5 days to the month we got sticky was only 1day!

Hopefully back to normal next cycle now
