Simple Goals - Together we Can achieve more

Hey Everyone,

I would love to start a small accountability group

No excercising just moving more and drinking more water.
Everyday we can note what we achieved from our goals to help ourselves be accountable and maybe motivate us more.

GOALS
1: STEPS (Set a number of steps you'd like to achieve and let us know if you succeeded)
2. WATER (set an amount of OZ you'd like to drink per day and let us know if you succeeded)
3. CUT OUT JUNK/SUGER - Let us know if you had a good day, or maybe a quick cheat ;)

Here is an example:

1. Steps completed 3,856 steps out of my 15,000 goal
2. Drank 52 oz of my 70 oz goal
3. Ate a fast food hamburger for lunch :rofl:

All in all not a great day BUT tomorrow is a new day.

Anyone else?
 

Good idea. My goal is 15,000 steps. :)

I am doing a whole30 right now so at least the junk food part is taken care of. I drink too much water as it is (probably 100+ oz a day or more which is why I am never not peeing haha) so lemme report steps here! Good motivator to get me outside during these yucky winter days.

My aim at mo is to stay under the limit my fitness pal gives me-i did this today 28 cals left.

Plus to drink 2 l sugar free squash a day ( eventually maybe 1 l water 1 l squah-in time) Nope only 1.5 l squash today.

I also want to limit coffee to 2 a day. Did ok with this just 2 today

6500 steps only 4000 steps

I did 22,160 steps yesterday. I had walked to the postbox and back, done my usual hour walk, done another walk with the kids and lots of snow play with the kids. I don't usually do as many, especially now the kids are being home schooled for now and I don't have the school runs to walk each day!
 
Wow hunny that more than I EVER do well done hunny. We have a pathetic amount of snow here. Just enough to make scraping the car impossible to clear car lol xxxx
 

Thank you :) We got a lot of snow yesterday. It's still here but more like ice now :cold:

afm I got in my goals of 10,000 steps (readjusted) sat and sun.
And my water intake in on par

I worked out too Sat and Sun! :) For extra points hee hee
 
Hello! For me today, that's 9,768 steps, 63 oz of water, and two candy bars
 
and for me 11,245 steps, 59 ounces of water, a kidney and some chips. Of course, I would like to improve these results and I think that I will succeed. I'm also going on a diet soon (I read https://betterme.world/аrticlеs/how-long-is-it-safe-to-fast/ and decided to try to give up junk food for a while). Therefore, I think that soon my steps, water will increase and I hope kilograms too
