Looks like waters have gone UPDATE being induced at 34 weeks

I'm 32 + 2 weeks and currently on the monitor and looks like waters have gone x

Thank you. The test they did came back negebut doctor said can clearly see its my waters. Have had steroids given so now just a wait and see game xx

Update.
I'm on antibiotics to stop an infection and will be getting a scan to check fluid levels. They have already said they won't stop baby if he wants to come.

They have said baby's head is 3 5th engaged and my cervix is soft. Not to sure what that means tho x

I hope you are getting on ok. My waters broke at 29 weeks, I managed to hold him in until 29+3. I am currently sat here at home nursing him because he did so well he got to come home when he was 6 weeks old (now nearly 8 weeks). I hope your bubba stays put for longer but it’s amazing how they do if they do come early xxx

Little update.

Contractions haven't started so that's good. They would prefer me to hold on till 36 weeks then get bouncing on ball if he not here then.
I'm getting weekly checks for infections and am on antibiotics.
I'm allowed home and if the waters get more then I need to come straight back in.
Good news is I can still use my birthing ball to sit on for my pelvis pain.

OK so I wasn't allowed home as baby wasn't moving unless he was poked.
New plan is to induce me at 34 weeks due to waters going and risk of infection also having group strep b. X

Hope you are doing well!
My waters broke at 29 weeks, they told me they hoped I’d get to 34 weeks at least and sent me home. I was back in after 3 days with contractions and had my little boy. It’s amazing how well they look after babies that come early

I wouldn’t be due for another few weeks, yet he is here now and home with me.
