Low HCG levels???

So just as I get my head around getting pregnant, yesterday I was a bit stressed out, I had my HCG checked and it has come back at 37 now as I didn’t do any OPK this month I’m not sure when I ovulated, I did have sex 4 days before the Predicted ovulation but I didn’t think it was that and had sex the day after my app said I ovulated, if I did ovulated on day 15, I would have been 4weeks and 2 days, with a 37 HCG result.
I also had a bit of blood after sex on day 27 one day before my AF was due, was it sex? Late Implantation bleed? I am stressing out now, I haven’t call my doc yet because I want to change my gyno. And here in Italy they will ask you anyway to do the bloods, should I wait till Wednesday 48hours or Thursday 72 hours to do a new set of bloods?? Anyone else with 37 HCG and good news stories? Obviously being 44 I know the risk of miscarriage is high!

This was my test on what could have been 4 weeks or 4 weeks +1 ( which was the Saturday Afternoon) it’s the 10 mlU test! And the the beta on Monday morning at 37.
So not the strongest of lines, hate all the beta stuff
Maybe I could test today again but it’s expensive to get tests and bloods done. So confused about what to do!

The blood could have been implantation which Would have been around 12 dpo ? and would make it around 5 days after implantation when you took the test ? How many days ago did you take the test ? I would be tempted to take another to see if it’s darker if you can get hold of one.

couldn’t get a clear blue this morning, but got a real cheap one with a 25ml the line is there but not a die stealer!
The blood was about 12/13 dpo
The first test (10ml) was 2 days after 14/15 dpo
The first beta 37 was 2 days after that so 16/17 dpo.
This test (25ml) is about 17/18 dpo.
I might pick up another clear blue if I can.

My hcg w my second baby was 46 at my first blood draw. That was around 13 or 14 days past ovulation. Hes about to turn 3 now. Keep taking those tests. Thats all that kept me sane while waiting for bloodwork, was watching my lines get darker!

I think I will, not sure if to do the cheap test again tomorrow or go straight for the bloods! I’ll wake up tomorrow known what to do.

This makes me feel better, I’m 37 just like this says.... now I know it’s not a prefect science but I’ll sleep on that,
I hope that anyone looking back on the post however my pregnancy ends up can use this to help them understand HCG levels better.

so it’s not doubled 68 but nearly, my clinic has say it’s ok but to retest on Friday, wish it had been a big jump, but as this it ok and we’ll within the 48-72 average doubling time, I can breath until Friday at least, it’s going up!!!

I am going to get bloods done, they did say I can wait till Monday, but that will not be good for my health lol! I’m so hoping for a bigger jump at least a complete double in figures! If they are then I will test again on Monday if it’s another good result, I’ll just wait for my Gyno appointment on Wednesday . If they stall or go down I’m just as easy to nip to the hospital here in Italy you can just go to your hospital for a check up and they’ll take it from there.

So the results are in and it’s 120, it’s about the same doubling time as the first 2!!
I wish it had been a bigger jump.
Spoke to the nurse at the clinic and she’s like it’s still low but nothing you can do but come for the early scan on Wednesday and told me not to do another blood test on Monday but of course I am going too!!
