Pain in kidneys

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and got the past few days I have been getting excruciating pain in my kidneys, mainly my right kidney. I have been drinking plenty of water but don't seem to be peeing much.

I ended up hospitalised with a dilated kidney when I was pregnant with DS but this was when I was 35 weeks.

I had a urine sample dipped with the midwife on Monday and it came back fine so I'm not sure what's going on. I don't have any symptoms of infection other than the pain.

I'm worried about contacting the GP or midwife because I don't want them to send me into hospital

It's not so much the covid that worries me, it's more the possibility of being kept in.

When I was in hospital at 35 weeks pregnant with DS, they kept me in for 5 days and I want to try and avoid that if possible.

It's strange because last time I was in constant pain but this time it seems to get worse gradually as the day goes on. I'm wandering if it has something to do with the babies positioning
