I had a few after pains in the days after and then felt fine. However since day day 6 I've been in a lot of pain and I'm not sure it is after pains. It's a real heaviness very low down in my abdomin feels like my womb is going to fall out. Sitting down and getting up is very painful. My bleeding is tailing off and there's no smell or flu symptoms.
I had a normal birth but due to heavy bleeding after labour I was gone a drip to help contract my womb which did a good job as this is the lightest my. Post bleeding has been with any of my babies. This was my third baby and he will be one week old tomorrow.
